Jennifer DaSilva (she/her)
Jennifer DaSilva is a seasoned integrated marketer with 20 years of experience working on Fortune 500 brands. As president of WPP creative agency Berlin Cameron, Jennifer has spent the last 20 years managing key accounts like Coca-Cola, Heineken, Lexus, and Capital One.
Jennifer is a champion of entrepreneurship, having launched LLShe, a Berlin Cameron division that empowers female entrepreneurs through connections and creativity. She was named a Direct Marketing News Woman to Watch and one of the Financial Times HERoes. Jennifer has also been recognized as a Working Mom of the Year by She Runs It and was given the Campaign US Choice Award for Fearless Pioneer for her “noteworthy, badass work across the industry.” Her mission is to foster meaningful connections through authentic and vulnerable communication.
Emma Campher (she/her)
Emma is an enthusiastic young professional passionate about sustainability, authentic brand purpose, advocacy, and environmental equity. She has experience with research, global strategy and planning, and data insights. Emma is also an animal enthusiast, new-New Yorker, and sci-fi lover.
Emma reached out to Jen via LinkedIn, and on their first phone call Young Connectors was born. Emma now runs the Young Connectors group, programming, and events.
Missy Rentz
(she/her)
Jen and Missy first connected through #Connect4Women and fellow Board of Connectors member Shannon Jones. Missy’s passion for branding and experiential marketing has provided her with an exciting career. The work she’s done in professional sports, media organizations, and various small businesses has been dedicated to creating raving fans and consumers.
Missy is currently living out her life-long dream of taking a gap year and is traveling cross country once COVID calms down.

Laura Mignott
(she/her)
Laura is known to the Connect4Women community as the Oprah We Know. In 2019, Laura and Jen had a connecting competition, and Laura kept Jen on her toes, only losing by a few connections!
Laura asked her trusted network to help her describe who she is and what she does. Everything from “network weaver,” “people magnet,” “good at elevating others,” and “bringing interesting people together and giving them a place to use their voices,” has come up.
She is the Founder of experiential agency DFlash. As an Award Winning Creative Storyteller, Laura is the host of "The Reset Podcast" and has vowed to interview every Connect4Women member. Laura leads experiences for Connect4Women and can be connected with on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Julie Bronsteatter (she/her)
Julie is a recent but active member of Connect4Women.
She spent the first 10 years of her career in advertising in account management and transitioned into HR due to her people-first mentality. It’s her obsession with people that has led her to yet another career transition, as Julie is currently pursuing two coaching certifications and plans to start an independent coaching business in 2021. Julie is also a self-proclaimed soup aficionado and spends most weekends with her Dutch oven, exploring new recipes. She welcomes yours!

Shannon Jones (she/her)
Shannon has been a Connect4Women loyalist since our first challenge.
After twenty-five years in marketing for global brands, Shannon launched what is now the family travel-entertainment brand, KeeKee’s Big Adventures. The mission? To spark curiosity and inspire an appreciation for the people, places, and cultures of our great big wonderful world!
Shannon has five award-winning picture books, KeeKee’s Big Adventures Family Travel Podcast, a KeeKee YouTube Channel, a travel-related website and products, International publishing deals, and much more to come.
